Challenge

We lost $8Million by June. We wanted to find away to

Process

We found out the news by close to end of June 2023. Gathered both B2B and B2C teams to see how we can use design to save the company. We went to on sites in Boston, Atlanta, and Charlotte and interviewed customers.

Then we used interviews to identify the problem. Then we creates a storyboard to help guide us into the journey

Solution

We created MVP. We also came up with a product map once we gather more data post launch.


Day 1 (MVP): Use the elements from Returns to create the swaps feature.

Day 2: Incorporate a higher price point for the swap.

Day 3: Showcase swap counts or swap benefits within inventory

Outcome

We launched the product in November 2023. Two weeks later, company layoff took a hit. Projected net profits were to bring $1.6M.
